Pioneer Magnetics evolved from a military / aerospace operation calling for sophisticated process control methods. Detailed tracking has been a mainstay from PMI's inception. TQM, ISO, BABT and LEAN techniques continue to govern the way in which PMI designs and manufacturers products.

  • Class III processes allow our QA Inspection activities to migrate to an audit system.
  • Our Engineering, QA and Purchasing Departments maintain historical records which can be used to compare/measure PMI and Vendor performances - past and present.
  • PMI invites its customers to audit our processes. (Having another set of "eyes" helps to continually improve)
